Veterans of Influence
This award honors veterans who have made significant achievements in work and community in the past year. Honorees have a strong record of innovation and outstanding performance in their career and are actively involved in the local Jacksonville community.
CEB TowerGroup conducted a series of interviews and surveys with financial services executives, industry experts and vendors regarding loan servicing technologies. The results of this research formed the basis of a technology diagnostic anatomy and informed a five-point rating system on which individual products were scored in four different categories: core servicing products, customer centricity, shared systems and enterprise support. Black Knight's LoanSphere MSP received "best-in-class" ratings in all four categories – the only evaluated product to do so.

Clariety Consulting conducts an annual survey of Multiple Listings Systems to learn more about MLS customer satisfaction and key metrics that affect it, including system performance and uptime, technical support, vendor responsiveness and communication. Black Knight’s MLS system, Paragon 5, had the highest end-user and MLS staff satisfaction rating of any of the major systems evaluated in this study.
